“I have installed the mount without any problems. However when I tried to loosen the bottom TV interface screw it won't budge. I have tried to free it with a 6" long hex key without any success. Short of drilling it out is there anyway to remove the screw?”

No. Just ran into this fun little issue today. You'll have to drill it out and find a replacement. Rocket fish should mention this little tidbit of helpful info since you need to fiddle with that screw on the bottom to level out the tv horizontally after you have it mounted, but can because it's a loctite screw...
