A:AnswerI also ran into this issue and then discovered that the last two hex bolts were not tight enough. As you can see in the picture, the bottom hex bolt has about a 1 inch leeway that it can slide along. You want to loose it, level your tv and then tighten it significantly.

A:AnswerI would imagine that it does. It comes with horizontal and vertical bars that have many holes in succession as well as a huge packet of various bolts of which you have to figure out which ones fit your tv. I hooked this up to the 55” Samsung Qled 6.

A:AnswerThere are several slots in the wall bracket and it allows the bracket to slide. I don't know what you mean by "the studs are not centered..." because the studs should be 16" on center and should be adaptable to the bracket being off centered. The lag bolts provided are strong enough to support the bracket/tv off center.

A:AnswerThere are not latches on the mount to secure it in the stowed (completely folded down position but there are mobs to tighten to keep it in place when it is out in whichever position you wish to keep it in. When it is hung on the wall in a level position there are no issues with the mount moving with a tv on it.
