“Leveling the TV? How do you exactly level the TV once its mounted? I tried following the instructions but no matter what I try it doesn't seem to get leveled. The instructions isn't exactly clear on how to do this task.”

I propped a picture frame under mine, the little bit of play in the attachment point cannot be tightened and mine had major tilt to it.
