Often with old models of so many things, obtaining any parts in such a situation can be stressful and often non productive to say the least. You may have luck to look online or try such places like eBay or others for the item you are wanting but in the end you may be best to just carefully make a replacement part (bracket) like that yourself, just be very sure to use the right metal and thickness or just buy a new wall mount.
