“I mounted a 75" TV and it wobbles when I'm extending or retracting it. I've tightened the tilt but goes back to wobbling when retracting it. TV screw mount is tight. Is there something else I can do or is there a defect?”

If you mean the screw knob that you tighten after leveling the tv I had the same problem on a 65” tv. I returned it for another one (same bracket) and that one held the tv level. Not suggesting my fix will absolutely solve your issues.
