“Best Buy Geek Squad installed my 65” Sony Bravia TV & later came back to install the wires in the wall. How do I know it is secure & not going to fall down? It pulls away from wall about 5 inches on top of both sides. Should it be closer to the wall?”

Managing cables • Fully extend the arm assembly (11) to provide enough slack, then routing cables along the arms and inserting them into the channels on the arms to provide a clean look to your installation.
