• Put the battery in the controller and plug the power cord inside the controller it will change after charge unplug cord it will charge as you play the game

• I had to go online to look at the owner's manual that comes with the battery pack that has a USB cord. I had an extra hanging around and found that the wireless controller has a female D connector and that most USB cords with the male D connector on one end and the USB connector for the console works fine.
