That would be kind of tricky. Possible if you purchase the right hardware from your local hardware store. I would determine your tv'so weight and then go see what is available from the hardware department. It's going to be a close call, I personally would not try it though. Sorry.

However, depending on the type of wall or the quality of drywall you can buy a good enough anchoring system that should be good enough to hold the weight. You might want to play it safe and consult a professional on the structure of the wall or just move the tv to a more secure point on the wall so that you can anchor it into a stud.
