• No, it only tilts once the bracket has been installed to the wall. So make sure you install it at the exact height you want the TV to hang. It can be slid slightly left/right once installed and the TV is placed with the hardware onto the bracket (maybe 3" or so either way). But not vertically.

• no you have to the bracket on the tv where you want the center of the tv to be than take that measurement and install the bracket so that the top of the bracket is at the height of the middle of the clips. That pick the tv up and over the top of the bracket and slide it down in place til you hear the click and done....Easy!!!!

• I use an open and wrench to put on he nuts and ace a screw driver in the closed end to tighten.

• yes, just reaching up and using your fingertips, but we don't have to adjust it at all..it can be viewed by all just fine as it is
