“How do I take the tv off of the wall mount and off of the wall?”

• You reach up behind the bottom of the tv and pull on the two rings and pull down as you pull on each ring gently pull out on the side you are pulling on the ring. Do that on each side then lift up on TV and take it down

• There are two spring loaded clips on the part of the mount that's mounted to the TV Just unclip from the part of the mount that's mounted to the wall.

• I took a couple pieces of hanger and bent a hook on each one and hang them on the release and pull. Once the releases are disconnected I just lift.

• just lift lever and push up on bottom of TV it will lift up and come right off

• You should be able to push up on the TV and then it should slide out of the bracket. Then there are screws in the mount that connect the mount to the wall....just unscrew them.
