“We had Geek Squad come to install the mount with a 55" curved tv. It is hung way too high. I know it can be moved left to right, but can I adjust it to sit lower or does the mount need to be installed lower?”

• You can slide the bracket up or down and then tighten it back up. You can only go so far though

• Well it depends on how much lower you need the TV. If it's just a few inches you could possibly take the TV off the mount and move the mounts/bars on the back of the TV to sit the TV lower on the wall mount. If the TV needs to be a foot or more lower, you will need to re-install the whole mount, at the height you would like. Hope this helps.
