“Once I have completely installed the TV mount. The quick connection and the piece that it connects wobbles left and right... I have tightened all of the proper screws and it still wobbles at the quick connect part. Any options other than returning it.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are using the right length screws for attaching the mount brackets to the TV. If needed use the spacers provided in the hardware kit. The hardware has multiple length and size screws.
