“Tilt Problem I have had this wall mount for about a year. It is holding a 46" samsung LED smart tv. Best buy installed it for me. Starting today, my wall mount keeps tilting the tv toward the ceiling. If I adjust it downward, it slowly tilts back up over about 5 minutes. Is there something I can tighten to keep it in place?”

• There should be two screws on top of the mount that you can tighten.

• The screws that hold the TV in place on the mount control the tilt/motion of the TV. You will need to use the included tools that came with the mount to do so.
