“Is it possible to just buy the brackets themselves w/out buying the entire wall mount?”

• I don't think you'd be able to purchase just the brackets from Best Buy, but you might be able to directly from the manufacturer. I'd recommend contacting Rocketfish customer service. You should be able to find contact info on the Rocketfish website.

• No it is not possible to use only the brackets it requires all the unit to work. they use a hanging system that other mounts will be imposible to match. Besides they are not sold in parts they are sold as a unit.
