• Yes, this TV will fit perfectly. The mount Is optimized for a TV between 32" and 70". The exception to this Tv mount is the Sony X900c.

• Yes it will. My friend has a 60" Sony on the same mount and it holds perfect.

• It should its universal. It fits most brands if not you can return it.
