I used this installing a samsung q6f 65 inch. If thats what youre referring to then it will work

Because this does not allow you to extend the TV away from the wall, only tilting, there's no way you can mount anything behind the TV once mounted on the wall. The devices would have to go underneath. With my 55" Samsung mounted and tilted downward, this picture shows what space is there. Not much.

I am not sure about TVs. I believe it will work with any TV up to the weigh limit. There is space for apple TV and/or wireless client. I have on two of the units I bought

I cannot comment on the compatibility, but I do know that there is no space available for any type of box between the wall and the TV once it's up.
