• If you check Amazon (or maybe Best Buy) there are devices called HDMI to AV converters that should allow you to plug in your Roku on the HDMI side and run RCA cables to your TV (assuming your TV has RCA (red, yellow, white) ports on it.

• Yes, but the stick will not work. You need to buy the Roku Express Plus (+) that comes with the composite(red, white and yellow) wires. It costs $39.99 at retail price.
