• Yes as long as your tv has hdmi. If not, they have a version that takes composite connection (red, white and yellow in the back of your tv)

• If the TV has an HDMI connection and you have WiFi then yes. Also, if the TV has an active USB port, you don't need to use the USB wall outlet. Just plug it into the USB port and it will power the ROKU!

• It should work with any TV that has an HDMI port. Roku even sent an extender dongle when the configuration of my HDMI ports made it hard to plug in. There is another model available that will plug into svideo ports if your TV doesn't have HDMI.
