How well does it work in hotels/motels? null

You just need high speed internet. I used roku for last 5 years and work good.

In my experience, hotels/motels often restrict access to streaming because it uses too much bandwidth. If you have your own access to high-speed Internet, such as through your cellular phone service, it would likely work okay, but you'd eat up your data allowance rather quickly if your plan is subject to limits.

I used mine while I was in a Japanese hotel and it worked great. It does depend on the hotel's wifi bandwidth though.
