• Mine is very fast. Perhaps the problem is your wireless router (I have an AC router).

• It's your internet you might have to change your wireless router. Or check with your internet provider what kind of Internet you have.

• It could be that the system is busy with traffic or possibly your Internet speed is slower than required for what you are trying to watch

• Might have a defective product or your internet connection could be slow. All 4 of mine are 2015 models and have no problems with them being slow.
