• Cant use roku to turn on tv Roku use Bluetooth TV uses IR Not sure on if harmony support Bluetooth my guess would be no. you would have to use 2 remotes

• The Roku doesn't turn off. Ever. Best thing is to plug it into a plug that powers off. Which I did. Same power strip handles the TV, so when I'm through for the day, I just flip that switch. The instructions say you can leave the Roku on, but that it's best not to.

• I use both remotes. I believe the Roku remote is only for Roku. There is no on power controls.

• The Roku remotes cannot control your TV. That said, I own a Harmony remote and it can be programmed to control the Roku without a problem.
