As long as the TV has HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) support the Roku will work. Judging by just the age of the TV you shouldn't have a problem.

i dont see why it wouldnt just plug into the HDMI slot and change the input on your 15" TV

It will work with any TV that has an HDMI port and supports multiple resolutions.

If for some reason the USB port cannot provide enough current, then you simply have to get a usb chager and plug it into the wall.

Yes, it should work if your wireless signal is strong enough to reach it. And you should be able to plug one end of the cord into the USB port on your TV. It also comes with a two-pronged power block you can plug into an AC outlet as an option. Go to Roku.com and you can see all the info on it and comparisons to the other Roku devices.

Yes, it will work, the tv just needs to have an hdmi port, even if your tv doesn't have a USB port, they provide you with a decent sized cable and a wall plug for it as well.
