No IP address to enter.. After I chose a language it scanned for available WiFi networks. I chose mine from the list, entered my password and it connected. I only have 3 HDMI ports and have mine plugged into #3. Can't imagine it matters which HDMI port it's plugged into
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no need to enter the IP address. It seems that you have not activated your Roku. Did you already created your Roku account on the computer or tablet? If not, once you create the account finish the set-up on your TV. Note that you don't need to give a credit card # to create you account.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't need a IP address. plugged it into HDMI 3 then set TV to HDMI 3, shut off cable box and followed the screen prompt. It connects to your home wireless network. If you have a secure network you'll need your password! You will also have to power the Roku with a charger which is enclosed or plug it into the TV USB port. You will have to go on line to set up and account too!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.first, make sure the usb is plugged into a power source. I would try different batteries in the remote, try a different hdmi port. if that doesn't work try another tv. the remote has a light on it if its not turning on I imagine the remote is the issue, they have a warranty I believe just don't procrastinate I'm sure best buy will replace if its within the time frame also
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After you plug the Roku in you should go through the connection prompts and the Roku should find what wifi is available, you choose which wifi you want to connect to, and you enter your password for that wifi. It shouldn't matter which HDMI you connect to (unless your TV specifies a certain one) and you shouldn't have to enter your IP address. Good luck!
