You can create a Roku account and browse the Roku Store for all the available 'official' channels that are supported, but you might want to search for the specific channels you want and see if they have a Roku 'app' (they're called channels here) or if someone has developed a custom, unofficial channel ('secret' channels; you can add them manually with the channel's code).
