How do you watch the Sec Network? null

I look at tv shows a a day or week or so later that I missed because of working all the time

You would have to do it through the watchespn app.

It is available through Sling TV and I believe there is a channel app available through Roku. The sling TV sports package is the way to go though. You get the SEC network, Pac12 channels, as well as FS1 and the local fox sports networks. Not to mention ESPN and NFL network.

Through the WatchESPN app. The SEC network will be an option. Note, you do have to be a subscriber to ESPN through a cable provider to access the live channels through the ESPN app.
