• Not for the Roku unit itself however many of the apps may require subscriptions. I’ve got about 60 apps on my unit that are free.

• No. But of course different apps may have costs. There are several free apps to listen to music, watch movies and tv shows. I like the roku over the firestick.

• Hi, Moe! No, Roku does not have any service fees! There are monthly charges depending on what streaming services you have such as Netflix, Hulu, and several others. Roku does offer free streaming services such as the Roku Channel so you can stream completely free!
