“We bought a 42" TV branded as Sharp that was made for Best Buy and it has Roku as the OS. The original remote that came with it was your basic Roku looking remote. That remote however was lost, so will this replacement work?”

• Actually Roku team, it does NOT work with Sharp (Best Buy OEM) branded TVs that have Roku OS. I bought the remote and tried to set it up, but nothing worked. I followed the manual and tried multiple steps also found on the internet, nothing worked.
