Yes. Depends on your sound systems audio input options. It will work if your sound board/speaker system will accept a 3.5mm input or you can use a 1/4” adapter.

You would connect from the monitor jack into your 1/8 inch input. You could also connect from this monitor jack into a 1/4 inch jack input if you have an 1/8 to 1/4 adapter.
