It has a removable mini-USB that plugs into the microphone and a USB on the other end to plug into your computer. I did not need a special app to use the microphone - it was plug-n-play with Windows 10. I used Audacity for my recording software (its freeware) which takes a bit to learn how to use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this on Windows 10 with or without the included app. Not sure if the included app installation also installed drivers, but I don't think so. So I'm thinking it will work on your work computer if you just plug it in to a USB port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, technically you can use it with a USB on a PC and NOT need any additional software. The "Noise Cancellation Software" you should avoid anyway, as it is actually "Noise Reduction" once you install it and look at it, and IT LITERALLY DOES NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING!! So don't install the software, and make sure you are in a SUPER QUIET room, otherwise the audio will be so noisy that it will likely be useless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have the right application then that would work. I have two of these and it's basically plug and play. Just make sure to change the mic quality to DVD so it's clearer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This microphone cannot record voice to text. You would need special software on the computer to translate voice to text. Yes, this microphone has a USB.
