“There is no instructions on how to get said software. Upon looking up information on here I see that you need a code that was supposed to be in the box. I did not receive a code. How could I obtain one since I did make this purchase?”

I don't recall receiving software or needing a code. I just plugged it in, selected it as the input source, and started talking.

I simply plugged the microphone in with the USB connection, and it has worked flawlessly. I just reviewed the box it came in. I did not throw anything out, there was no code, and the box said it was basically plug and play, which is what I described.
