Hi Leb, I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. "SE" is the Key Short error code. Please try cycling the power by unplugging the microwave or turning the circuit breaker off then on again. If the error code returns, your microwave may require service. Please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never experienced a problem with Samsung products. A friend damaged my last microwave, I recently purchased a new one and love it. Samsung stands behind their products, if you have a problem, contact their customer service.
