• Yes, the ventilation is built into the unit. It can exhaust either to the top (default), or the back, or to the front (re-circulate back into the room). A single thin sheet metal bracket and mounting screws (toggle bolts as well) are included. You might have to drill your own holes in the bracket (as I did) so I could use the existing holes already drilled into the wall through my backsplash (drilling through tile is really a chore).
