“I purchased a new Samsung range microwave from home depot online . After installing under mount , venting out through back . Am I suppose to remove the two pieces of cardboard looking pieces on inside , one on ceiling one on side wall ???”

• Absolutely not !! Just make sure before you hang it that the metal deflectors (on top and back edge ) are in the right position to dischage the air into the wall, or up (if you are exhausting it out the roof.
