“where can i download the templates for top and wall? The manual and templates are missing for my microwave that i bought 2 days ago.I called the samsung and store both said they can't help me.Is there any place that i can download these somewhere?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it to the store & get another one or call Samsung & make them send them to you. That is a defect, just like anything else that were wrong with it. Installation would be very difficult without the templates.
