“where can i download the template for top wall? I bought a microwave but it is missing templates for top and wall, I contacted the samsung and store but they said they can't help me. Is there any way to download the template somewhere or any instructions how to install it.”

You can probably just get or put enough pieces of paper together the size of actual microwave top. Then mark the screw hole location and tape that up so you know where to drill the hole. Using the template from above I ended up having to drill twice, the holes were off by a bit. I think going from under that way would be most accurate since that is how the microwave would go up anyways. Hope this helps and sorry if too late.
