• Yes! On my Samsung, if I want to cook something at 50% (half power), I enter the amount of time. Press OK. Then enter the power amount- 5 (for 50 percent). Then START.

• If you are asking if you can set the power below 100%, yes you can. Put in your time, then press power level, then press 3 for example, would be 30%, then press start.

• The Power Level is automatically set to High. If you want to set the Power Level to a level other than High, press the Power Level button, and then use the numbers button to enter the Power Level you desire.
