We just bought one too and it is loud. Going to call service department and have them take a look at it. I do not think this is normal to make so much noise. Much louder than the 30 year old refrigerator we replaced.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Having the same issue. Just had it delivered and installed, and an extremely loud humming is coming from it. This is not a "all fridges hum" sort of noise, this is an "almost as loud as my air compressor" sound. It's also not a frozen fan, as the fridge hasn't been on long enough to actually have formed ice.
