Hello, this sound bar does not have a 3.5 mm port. It does have HDMI, Optical, and Bluetooth however. Thanks, ^Scott

You can get 3.5 to rca if your TV has rca connection. It might not be as high quality sound as an optical, but it will work.

Unless you have a converter that goes to either HDMI, opitcal, or usb from the 3.5mm (not sure if they even exist) then it will not work. I tried to use the red and white rca coaxial cords 3.5mm myself so I could free up the provided optical cord for something else, but there is no 3.5 mm input hole on the soundbar to do so.
