QuestionDoes anyone know why the sub sounds like its not even on when playing regular tv but sounds good when I play music on it through bluetooth.

- Answer The sub only works when lower frequency sound comes on, most of tv shows dont have that all the time, like on movies when a explosion happens, music will have low frequency sounds on almost constantly.

QuestionIf my tv does not support Bluetooth, how will the subwoofer be connected to the tv? The soundbar is connected via HDMI(ARC) but what about the subwoofer?

- Answer The subwoofer does not connect to the tv. It connects to the sound bar wirelessly. You just plug the subwoofer into the wall and it automatically will connect to the sound bar.

- Answer I haven’t touched the remote for the sound bar since I initially installed it. It comes on when I turn the tv on and I control it with the remote for the tv.

- Answer I'm using mine with a Samsung smart TV and they work together, you still get TV speaker sound plus the sound bar speakers working together....however I can go into my sound settings and turn off the TV speaker and use the sound bar only. The sound bar puts out a great sound though, very happy with my purchase.

- Answer Mine actually says "digital audio output". Some TVs might say "optical" and others might say "Toslink" They are the same thing. The port on the TV has a 5-sided shape that coincides with the shape on the end of the optical cable that almost looks like a small version of a home plate, so it requires being plugged in at the correct angle the same way an hdmi cable does. It has a cover that you simply push the cord through. The cover is like a protective hinged "door" that covers the optical port on your TV. Think of it like an opening on your home's front door that pets go in and out of. The way the cover moves on that pet door is the same way the cover moves on your optical port. Hope that helps...

- Answer Your question is difficult to answer as it depends on where you are receiving the movie from. Cable television, yeah you’re going to turn it up to hear the movie and then be blasted by the commercials; Netflix no problem, Amazon Prime, no problem, VOD should be no problem. Hope that helps.

QuestionOk we purchased this today. We are using the optical cord because we couldn't get it to connect thru bluetooth. Anyway the sub-woofer is showing 0 on the volume. We have read thru the little manual but we don't know how to get the number to change?

- Answer . Zero is the default level. It doesn't represent the overall volume, but rather the subwoofer's level in respect to the soundbar's. You can change the subwoofer level from the remote. It's directly beside the regular volume. Keep tapping up and it will go to +1, +2, etc. Tap down and it goes -1, -2, etc.

- Answer Hi there, This soundbar would turn on and off with the TV if you use the HDMI ARC connection on the back of the TV. If you have a newer Samsung TV then the TV remote would operate it as well. ^Jeremy

QuestionI am looking for a sound bar that specifically enhances voices. I find my Samsung TV seems to make background sound and music louder than the voices. Does this sound bar help with that? Are there specific sound setting within the soundbar?

- Answer Hi Trudga, This soundbar will increase the overall sound, but to enhance the dialogue you would need a soundbar with a center channel. These are noted by having 3.1 channels. The center speaker focuses on the voice so you can hear it clearly. The Samsung HW-T650 is the first soundbar with this speaker setup. QuestionWhen I try to adjust the treble or bass or audio sync with the sound bar remote... it only allows me to adjust the bass... the treble and audio sync are unable to be adjusted? What am I doing wrong?

- Answer Hello, Once you get to the treble or audio sync option you have to press up or down on the round pad surrounding the play button. Don’t use the volume or woofer buttons. Hope this helps!
