According to the Samsung HW-T510 User Manual, you can purchase accessories separately to mount the soundbar on the wall. I would think yes, I've always read that the bass component of the sound (subwoofers) is not directional, so the speaker location/orientation doesn't matter, like with the other speaker components.
As long as you don't have it laying face down on the floor, I think it would be fine.
