Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good Day, The issue you are describing, could be a connection issue or type of cable being used. I know the audio cable comes with the Samsung sound bar. Try using a HDMI cable connected to the T.V. arc outlet, on the sound bar and run it directly to the T.V. in one of the ports on the back of the t.v. labelled the same. Or the main source of Audio coming from the T.V. You might have to adjust the sound output options on the T.V. as well if you haven't done so already. Hope this helps. Best Wishes, with Everything!
