“I have had an issue with the sound cutting out for a second every once in a while, no matter if sound is from cable, Netflix, video games, other apps, etc. Sound bar is directly connected to TV through optical cable (D-In). Any suggestions?”

• I have mine connected to a Samsung TV via HDMI for almost two months now and I have not experienced that issue. From technical knowledge I know that you may experience this with Bluetooth and optical connections hence why I use HDMI connections without issues
