. Zero is the default level. It doesn't represent the overall volume, but rather the subwoofer's level in respect to the soundbar's. You can change the subwoofer level from the remote. It's directly beside the regular volume. Keep tapping up and it will go to +1, +2, etc. Tap down and it goes -1, -2, etc.
