“When I try to adjust the treble or bass or audio sync with the sound bar remote... it only allows me to adjust the bass... the treble and audio sync are unable to be adjusted? What am I doing wrong?”

• Hello, Once you get to the treble or audio sync option you have to press up or down on the round pad surrounding the play button. Don’t use the volume or woofer buttons. Hope this helps!
