It's not labeled, but press bottom left area for light and/or venting. Multiple settings!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Hi/Lo/Off button in the top left corner of the control panel controls the light. You're not the first one to miss it. It's one of the smaller examples of poor usability that pervades the whole microwave. Another example from the buttons - what's the difference between the "Set Timer" button on the left and the "Kitchen Timer" button on the right? Answer - the one on the right is what you probably want, and the one on the left is a button you will never use.
