It's fine to leave the chrome rack installed in the ME21H706MQS at most times, though I'd suggest removing it when popping popcorn to prevent the bag from expanding and moving the rack out of position. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should only keep it in if you are actually cooking two dishes, one on the bottom and one on the shelf. Otherwise remove it. But yes it will work with all settings, as long as the metal is not touching the walls
