    • Answer I don't have the refrigerator you mentioned, but I went online to Samsung and plugged in the refrigerator's number you mentioned and the handles look similar. Why not go online at Samsung and check it out or go to Best Buy, Home Deport or Lowe's to see the refrigerator in person. My refrigerator has black handles and my microwave has silver. Doesn't make any difference to me but apparently it does to you.

    • Answer Read your manual. When I purchased the microwave, there wasn't any so I went to Best Buy -- where I purchased it -- and they printed out a 38 page manual for me. Unlock instructions are on page 13.

  • QuestionJust got this, and there’s a fast clicking sound when the Start button is pressed to start heating. Is that normal? It’s not loud, and everything works properly. Just wondering if anyone else hears this sound.

  • QuestionDoes this microwave come with a glass turn table ? I saw the circular mount with 3 wheels to rotate table but there was no glass turn table in the open box microwave I purchased. Not was there a mounting template. Any idea where to get both?

  • QuestionI know it says OVER THE RANGE....but is there anyway to install lower. We already have a huge vent over the range and was wondering if you could install like a regular oven, if you redid the venting? Thanks for any info:)

    • Answer ours is mounted to the bottom of the wooden cabinets above the stove top. There are two screws that go down through the cabinet and are threaded into the top of the microwave. There is also a long bracket about 20" long mounted on the wall horizontally behind the bottom of the microwave. The bracket holds the weight of the microwave while the person doing the install inserts the two screws on top. The venting is on the top at the rear of the microwave and butts up to the existing vent hole on the bottom of the cabinet. The installer then closes the gap between the microwave top and the bottom of the existing vent hole with thick foil tape. If you don't have a wooden cabinet above the stove top, I don't see how you would be able to hang the microwave. You cant place it on the counter because of the exhaust fan vents and light on the bottom. I suggest you talk to an appliance installer. I don't think the Geeks will do a custom installation. If your range hood is mounted to the bottom of the cabinets above the range then the microwave would replace it. Not sure what you mean by "install like a regular oven".

  • QuestionIf you push "2" "0" "start" will it microwave for twenty seconds, or will it automatically microwave for 2 minutes just by pushing the "2"? Not sure what that is called? Quick Start?

    • Answer Typically this is called "express cook" and as far as I can tell it doesn't work that way, the only way I've found to express cook is to hit the +30 seconds button enough times to get the time you want or just enter the time and hit start. I just rechecked the manual because this has been bugging me about the microwave, not a deal breaker, it's a beautiful and powerful machine, but I really wish it had some express settings.

  • QuestionWe have installed it over a samsung slide in gas range and the microwave handle gets really hot. does any one have this issue?

    • Answer Wow I cant believe some of the answers to some of these questions on this website. To answer this one . Yes it does get hot to the touch if using a gas burner on high directly under the handle. I suppose most microwaves would have that issue. I have learned to use the burner on the opposite side to more or less fix the hot handle issues. So - in summary - A direct gas flame on high even with a pan on it will get any otc microwave handle very warm to pretty dang hot if directly under the handle . Cheers all, Louis
