I've had mine for two days. It has not made ice. Ever. And now the interior is frosted over. The door seems to be sealed. I don't have vents blocked...not too much food jammed in the freezer. I called Best Buy and they are sending me a replacement since it has not worked properly since it was installed. No questions asked. The customer service has been great thus far hope the new one works as I really like the size and look. I'be been seeing chatter online about the frost isssue. Oh boy! Hopefully it will be ok. I read the most common reason for freezer to frost is ice dispenser flap not closing. How do you reset the ice maker?
