QuestionI want to pull the fridge out and clean the coils behind. The manual says to roll it straight out. It is too heavy. I could take the two bottom drawers out to lighten it. Would that give me something to pull on. It is too deep to get my hands behind.

QuestionI purchased the SAMSUNG Model: RF220NCTASG a year ago and now it stopped working. Who do I call to have it fixed since it is still under warranty? I checked the outlets and breakers and they are fine. Very disappointed!

QuestionMy model RF220NCTASG produces 6 to 12 ice cubes a day. Tried lowering temperature, tried power freeze, checked water line, but still no joy. Is there a rest or something else I should be doing? Help would be appreciated. thanks

- Answer We just got our refrigerator two weeks ago I'm guessing. It seems like forever before the icemaker produced enough ice for us. Once I started making ice we have plenty. Very happy with the refrigerator so far.

QuestionIce maker has been working well for the past year, then all of a sudden it stopped making ice. I had installed an external water filter when I first installed the refrigerator as the unit doesn’t have its own filter, replaced the external filter. No help.

- Answer Excellent question! This refrigerator does have an internal water filter that should be replaced about every 6 months. - Answer the way we have the legs adjusted the height is 65 1/2 inches. That could vary slightly depending on how much the legs need to be extended to make it level in your house. The front twp legs can change about 3/4 of am inch...
