A:AnswerHello.
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 21.8 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator if you can push the refrigerator flush up against the wall, or is some space required. Regarding your concern, you need to allow 2.5" of clearance on the hinge side of the refrigerator when installing next to a wall where the handle may make contact.
Allow 1" minimum clearance at rear for proper air circulation and water/electrical connections. Allow a 3/8" minimum clearance at sides and top for ease of installation.
I suggest you check this link for further assistance.

A:AnswerThe RF220 and RF221 can be placed on their sides for a short period of time to transport, if necessary, though keeping them upright is preferred. If they are placed on their sides, it's important to let them stand for at least 24 hours prior to plugging them in.
Thanks for your interest,
Ms. Samsung

A:AnswerIt seems it has a mechanical defect somewhere. Mine one of the doors is stopped by a side wall, but that doesn’t stop other door or fridge drawer. U may need to contact your warranty company.
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Gypsycat! The way that Samsung ice makers produce ice does not allow for changing the shape or size of individual ice cubes.
A:AnswerHi Linda! Samsung does not recommend removing the ice maker from models that come with an ice maker. We do however have many model that come without an ice maker. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi, I'm not sure if they will remove the doors. I think the doors contain electrical connections and the manual shows how they can be removed. So, it is possible to remove them but they will need tools. Also, with this COVID-19 ridiculousness, they probably won't. If you're a bit handy, you shouldn't have too much trouble removing the doors. Just take your time and document (cell phone pictures) how things are taken apart so you know how to put it back together.
A:AnswerHey Cheeziegirl! This link (https://bit.ly/2WmmH6P) describes how to change the water filter in this refrigerator. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/2wCBKuI) that can help you determine why your ice looks the way it does. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Anita, on page 14 and other numerous pages in the user manual, contains pictures of the inside of the freezer. Here is a link. https://bit.ly/2VKg9M5. Thank you. ^SuSu
